Terms of service.

SCHEDULING

Appointments are at a first come first serve basis. I respond to clients on

Sunday 5pm-11pm

Monday 5pm-11pm

Wednesday 5pm-11pm

Saturday 10am-11pm

If you have sent an inquiry about a tattoo and I have not responded yet, please give it 24-48hrs for a response. Please be patient while attempting to communicate through text. If for some reason you have slipped through the cracks and it has been longer than 48hrs, please don’t hesitate to call or head to the shop during business hours.

TIME SLOTS

On the calendar section you will see available time slots. These are available to anyone to take at any time. PLEASE be aware of the size of your tattoo and the amount of time you are trying to book. I will let you know ahead of time the amount of hours needed to book your desired tattoo. If your appointment request is denied, it is most likely due to insufficient time in comparison to the design. If you schedule an appointment and it takes longer than the time slot of your appointment, we will be forced to finish another day.

DEPOSITS

Deposits for tattoos start at $20 for an hour session, $50 for 2-3 hour sessions, and $100 for a full day session. The deposit must be paid at the time of booking your appointment. If no deposit was put down then no appointment will be made. The deposit acts as a hold for the artist and their time. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and is put towards the final cost of your tattoo.

Your deposit and appointment are booked for the idea discussed with the artist or staff at the time of booking. Your reference material and/or fonts must be provided at the time of booking. Failing to provide reference material on time or making last  minute changes to your tattoo design may result in the loss of your appointment and your deposit.

Please let the artist or staff know if you have any financial concerns/restrictions, or prior engagements at the time of booking that might interfere with your appointment.

You must give at least 48 hours (2 days) notice to reschedule your appointment. Failing to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. Canceling your appointment entirely will also result in the loss of your deposit.

Occasionally, due to circumstances the artist may fall behind schedule. If for some reason your artist is forced to reschedule your appointment due to outside circumstances out of their control, you will be offered the next available date that works for you and your artist. If this is something you are no longer interested in, you will be offered your deposit back. This could take up to five business days to refund. Deposits will not be refunded for any other reason.

HEALTH

Please inform your artist if you have any pre-existing health conditions as this can affect the quality of your tattoo. Please disclose if you are taking any blood thinners or medications that could effect your tattoo or healing process. Individuals with conditions such as diabetes could heal slower. Your artist needs to be aware of these things before your appointment. Please do not show up to your appointment if you have tested positive for any contagious illnesses or flu. It not only affects me, but it also affects other people who have booked an appointment for the same week.

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Avoid partying (heavy drinking of alcohol or drug use) at least 48 hours prior to your tattoo appointment, as well as sun tanning and tanning beds. Get a good night sleep prior to your appointment. The healthier you are before hand the easier it will be for you and the artist to complete your tattoo session.

It is very important that you eat before your appointment. Never get tattooed on an empty stomach.

WHAT TO WEAR

Please be aware that the shop is an open environment. Please be aware of where you are placing your tattoo and dress accordingly. If you are placing your tattoo in a more hidden area, you may be given pasties, or dividers to keep yourself non-visible to the surrounding individuals in the room. Some ideas of appropriate clothing for more hard to reach places would be..

a back piece- a jacket or flannel that is able to be turned around to expose the back but keep the front covered.

upper thigh/hip area- a bathing suit or loose fitting shorts.

sternum- a loose fitting t-shirt, or flannel that can be unbuttoned from the bottom.

AFTERCARE

After your scheduled appointment, your artist will provide you with information on how to care for your new tattoo. please understand that us as artists are not medical professionals. As long as you follow the instructions given to you, your tattoo should heal fine. If you have any concerns, please message your artist directly so that they can guide you on how your tattoo is healing.

HEALING

The artist is NOT at fault if your tattoo becomes infected. The shop follows health regulations closely. How your tattoo is handled once healing is out of our control. Many things can cause your tattoo to become infected such as pet dander, unwashed bedding, unwashed clothing, simply not taking care of your tattoo, tanning beds and sun exposure, swimming, sunscreen, etc.

TOUCH UPS

Every tattoo that is given is entitled to one free touch up. This touch up appointment must be made AFTER your tattoo is fully healed. Touch up days will be held two days a month and are at a first come first serve basis. If you are unavailable for the assigned touch up days set for the current month, you may have to schedule another tattoo in order to receive your free touch up. You may also place a 50$ NON-REFUNDABLE fee to schedule outside of the set days placed for touch ups. IF your tattoo is deemed absolutely necessary for a touch up by your artist, your artist will fit you in as soon as possible, at no fee.

EMERGENCY

In the chance of an emergency during your appointment, your artist has the right to inform your emergency contact and or call 911. If there is a medical emergency, suspicion of a medical emergency, or just flat out concern for the client or anyone present. The artist has the right to end the session due to the safety of the client or individuals around. In the chance of a fire, weather conditions, power outages, or anything out of the artists control, the tattoo will be finished at another date.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

In the chance that your tattoo appointment falls within dangerous weather conditions, your appointment may be postponed, moved up in the day, or moved back into the late afternoon. This includes but is not limited to dangerous driving conditions, snow, ice, heavy rain, tornado warnings, flooding, etc. If this happens you are entitled to reschedule, with no returned deposit. Failure to understand the safety precaution of the surrounding factors could result in a cancelled appointment with no returned deposit.

PICKING AND CHOOSING

Not every artist feels comfortable tattooing every art style. Please be aware of your artists presented style, and select a design within their niche. If you are turned away due to the artist’s abilities to design/create what you want, we will direct you to someone in the local area who we believe would do well with what you want.

COMMUNICATION

I enjoy getting to know my clients, but there have been times where I have been left uncomfortable, or flat out disrespected. Although it is very rare that it occurs, I will not tolerate any disrespect, threats, sexual comments, or drama. If there is drama between yourself and someone else in the environment please leave it outside of the shop.

FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Teens and children are welcome as long as there is an accompanying adult. They must be sitting and behaving. If the child/children become disruptive you’ll be asked to remove them and have them wait outside with said adult. This is for the safety of the child, and for the quality of the tattoo. Family and support individuals are welcome in reasonable amounts. Please do not bring more than 2 support individuals.
